GTT and hypo?

Hi I had GD on all my pregnancies and needed insulin on the last two, I had a GTT before I got pregnant and was found to be impaired glucose tolerant.
So my doc has had me monitoring my blood sugars randomly I had a GTT at 11 weeks just a fasting and two hour and it came back fine at 4 and 6

But over the last 3 weeks I have noticed they were getting higher going up to 11.4 after meals, so any way I had a GTT today were they took 4 lots of bloods every hour and urine samples as well.

I had to walk a half hour home when I was finished and felt very weak and dizzy when I tested I was low at 2 but could that mean my GTT might be ok or was it the lack of food and walk home!
I would have been fasting from about 10.30pm the previous night.

I went hypo after my GTT at 27 weeks. I had a reading of 9 at around in the morning, went to get a bacon sandwich and wait for the result and was given the "your have GD, here's what you do" talk. I got back to work by about 1pm and felt sick as a dog, shaking etc. and as I know how having a hypo feels, I've had them for years. I'm absolutely certain that it was overloading my system with sugar that made my blood sugar plummet.

I say mine will come back high, Im ok with it though I have had GD before, normally at the hospital were I go they wont let you go home with out eating but no chance of that at the GP Lows are horrible
