GTT friday

Hi ladies, on friday i have to have the GTT at 8:15am, so i'm not allowed anything to eat or drink the night before.
What i was wondering, would i be able to have sips of no added sugar squash?

Any replies would be really appreciated! thanks
 
I wouldnt, much better sticking to plain water.
 
Thankyou :) i've just read the label and although it says no added sugar there is still 0.2gram per serving
