I was going to guess boy based on the skull. I've just been learning about the skull theory. And yes, that's what it's usually like. Round for girl, square for boy.

That's correct - your baby's skull looks round to me which is why I guessed girl but I'm no expert. Here is my boy at 13 weeks exactly for reference
