Yesterday and ate really well. Suffering now though. Lol. Still bloated and kinda think I need a number 2 but feeling constipated so just a grumbling tummy ache at the moment stopping me from sleeping! Grrrr! Lol

Yeah I did have a few good days over Christmas but felt rotten again after so I don't think I'm out of the woods yet. Xxx
