had bleeding over a week ago- is it safe to have a bath?

Might sound like a silly question but I haven't really been checked if baby is ok since the bleeding, I'll be seen at 16 weeks & listen to the heartbeat.

I guess I'm wondering if its possible for water to get 'up there' which would cause problems.

Also is sex a really bad idea even though bleeding has completely stopped? (Bleeding had nothing to do with sex)

Your mucus plug should protect you from anything in the water getting up there. A bath would do you the world of good I love having a bath even more so now.

As for the sex question I don't know that would be better asked of a professional 🌺
