Hairy Mary..

im finding it really hard now but rite oposit to my bath is a big mirror on the wall so im using that to stand up and look in..and i kinda guess where im shaving lol i feel where isnt smooth sort of thing then go to that part n keep doing that til i feel the smoothness aha x

Ill be Clean shaven Just like i was Wish Jaymee. Ive already Asked my OH to Help me with it again. Because That is the Last thing I want All my dignity Goes out the Window the Minute I walk in the Labour Room so I at least Want that much

I shave everytime im in the shower which is daily, always have. And i will contine to my whole pregnancy. I can do it blindly since ive been doing it for 6 years now.

I've felt sooo stupid to be worrying about this :dohh: but I was thinkging maybe two/ one week(s) before I'll shave it all of so then if I go in then it will all be tidy but then if it's still a while away it won't look sooo bad after 2/4 weeks kwim? xx

I've always been clean shaven and strated doing it quite young I guess, so I can do it blindly pretty well :)
I do have days where I think "Oh I can't be arsed & the MW's see all sorts so I shouldn't care" but I just can't not shave!

xxx

I'll probably try to do something. If FOB comes around i mite ask for his help but idk. 30 years ago i think most women didnt shave there(i think?) so i imagine its okay. And there are so many people at my practice its plausible that i'd never have to see whoever delivers the baby again anyway.

I've been shaving blindly. Although, I haven't recently since I'm not getting any action anyway :haha:. But I'm really considering going in for full Brazilian within the next week or so if I can.

Does anyone know if I can still get one since I'm so far along? Do they set a cut off date for that kind of thing? Sorry, probably a dumb question.

I don't know what I'm going to do, maybe trim it a bit beforehand. I'm hoping I'll be beyond caring when te time comes:haha:

I had to have an epistomy (for ventouse) and the midwife said she was glad I was shaven or she'd have to do it for me.
I didn't have too much trouble doing it at any stage of my pregnancy though.

Gosh some of the things us Ladies on this forum talk about are pretty shocking.
I think we could make our own "loose women" show!!

I haven't done it since I was like 26-27 weeks and it was quite the challenge. OH actually laughed at the job I had done. lol. I might ask him to help because I will want to feel clean down there, lol.

When I was induced the night before I shaved and I did a not to bad of a job i thought till I had her the next day and saw what i had done! the doctors see all storts of things and they really dont care. But use a mirror. I tried to get a bikini wax done when I was 32 weeks but it hurt way more being pregnant then when I was not.

Ladies I always did mine, always end up with a terrible rash though (hate this!) anyway.. Throughout pregnancy I always worried about what it looked like. Shaved for scans incase I decided to have internal etc. When it got to labour I meant to but a) I didn't want the rash b) I was soo busy and for the few days before labour exhausted and fed up I never got round to it! Once it got to it the thought never crossed my mine once, I just wanted my baby out in my arms.

When the ambulance came to get me it was a guy paramedic and when he asked me to lay on the bed and take me trousers and underwear off to see if he could see the head, I would, could and should of been full of total embarrassment but I wasn't. Now I look back I wouldn't even have minded if a guy delivered my daughter, and that was a huge no no for me.

Trust me, midwife has definitely seen it all. Infact, I know!

ahh everyone has such different ideas - pfttt, i have no idea, :haha: i thought it would be easier though - but she's dropped and popped so much.. i'm surprised i don't fall forwards everytime i stand up!!
xxxx

no idea what im going to do but we'll see when it gets nearer the time, right now im leaving it to grow into a rainforest lol ... cba with the itchy rash afterwards ... might just give it a good ol trim closer to the time and that way it should look kinda neat lol

:haha: yeahhh :) i've tried to maintain it throughout a little, to avoid needing hedge trimmers at the end..
xx

i think i already need hedge trimmers tbh lol, not seen my foof for a few days now ... but then im not looking particularly hard either lol

i keep trimmed any time i think it might be necessary, but i hav no intentions of shaving completely when i have LO. i'm pretty comfortable with my body in any condition though, so maybe it's just me.
my OBGYN is a man, and i didn't shave when i went for my appts, so i really don't think it matters, as long as the don't have to search for it :haha:

i have always maintained mine but since falling pregnant ive turned so lazy and just think ahh why bother but i do it once a week and make sure and i know ill be a paranoid wreck about it before labour and will have shaved it three or four times blindly in a day incase i go into labour haha!!

I let it be. I couldn't reach it anyway. lol!

They don't care anyway... they were able to find all the right holes.
