I think it is dragging as well but I found out pretty much at 4 weeks as I just knew I was pregnant.
I have my scan at 12 weeks so until then it doesn't seem real!

Yay im half way through first trimester too as of today im with you the time is dragging!!! I cant beleive how slow its going!! Feels like iv know for over a month lol when really iv only known a couple of weeks! I think its dragging for me because i havent told anyone yet and i hate keeping secrets, so the sooner iv told people the better i will feel
