My partner is cooking just frozen chicken kievs with ham and cheese inside.. They cook for a hour in the oven! Do youthink it's safe to eat because were not suppose to eat ham but it'd be cooked and heated properly! Just curious what use think :)

umm why are you not supposed to eat ham??
As long as the food is cooked through properly it wont do you any harm hun, cut it through the middle to make sure it has been evenly cooked x

Seriously? People are always telling me I'm not allowed eat ham or salami or any kind of deli meats! But if it's cooked I think itl be okay yumm :) thanks Hun

Cooked ham is ok as the cooking has killed any of the bad stuff it may have had

i hadnt heard that one before lol, i eat cold meats all the time lol and have done through 3 pregnancies and never heard that lol !!

I think the deli counter meats have a higher risk of listeria contamination but it's really a very low risk and should be fine if it's cooked through.

You can totally eat cooked ham. Its suggested that you should avoid cured meats but not cooked meats.x

I haven't touched meats from supermarket deli counters but I don't anyways, I've ate ham, cornbeef etc that you buy in packets :) My midwife said it's mostly in other countries you aren't meant to have deli meats :)
