Hands smell of...*sniffs*...onion?!?

I'm 10 + 3 and for the past week or so my fingers smell like I've been preparing onions when I haven't touched them for weeks.

Is this normal? Has anyone else had this?

Could it be me picking up on pregnancy smells and interpreting them into an item of food I know the smell of?

sounds about right, they say your sense of smell gets so much more intense.. maybe its pheromones and food you have eaten coming out through your pores and creating a weird onion like smell? lol!

I've had this and its HORRIBLE!!! have you eaten onions lately?...I kept asking my OH if he could smell me

No...as far as I know I haven't eaten onions recently.

I think the closest was an indian take-away early last week complete with garlic naan (yummy) but that would be out of my system by now surely?

LOL I know what you mean... I am positive that I have developed some sort of super power nose... the other day my husband made a frozen steak sandwich that had onions on it while I was at work, I came home like 4 hours later, and it was awful, it was the only thing I could smell, needless to say Hubby thinks I am nuts lol
