Happy...now freaking out

Not sure if this is the place to post. I was going to post my BFP the other day, but now I'm not sure. I began to spot this morning. Has anyone had this happen to them a couple days after getting a BFP? Did you end up having a M/C or did things work out okay? I am freaking out. I have had a M/C before at 11 weeks and the horrible feelings are rushing back.

I had bleeding in my last pg (chem pg) it was 3 days after i got my positive result. when I called my do he said it could still be implantation bleeding... so try and relax and keep everything crossed. xxx

Spotting stopped. So feeling much better.
