Hm, it might help ringing that number. I don't know how it works in Australia, but in the UK I understand you can have someone mediate with your boss. That might take some of the strain off as it'll be less personal and will lay down the law straight and clear.

Apart from that, smellying up the place with puke could be another way of making your point ;-)

Its an aweful spot to be in. On one hand yes you have rights, but at the end of the day they are still going to be upset with you and its probably not going to be a pleasant environment to work in ever again, especially if you take action against them. Pretty much damned if you do and damned if you dont! Hope you can get it sorted hun!
