Hardly any symptoms 5 weeks pregnant

So glad to read this post. I'm 4w6d and just started having sore boobs yesterday FINALLY but otherwise nothing except for pesky cramping that has me worried sick. I've taken over 20 tests and had 2 betas drawn and have requested a 3rd for tomorrow. I had 2 mmc last year and symptoms even morning sickness would make me feel so much better!!

I am 7 weeks and a couple of days and I only have sore nipples and ever so slight nausea.

I now have sore bbs which is more than I had with my mmc pregnancies. But I'm also having cramps. Freaked out by the cramps. Praying my beta today is good. So worried. Wish I could sleep til my 2nd trimester!
