has anyone fallen pregnant the day after the last day of their period?

We had intercourse the day after my period stopped we didn't use any protection because I thought it would be ok. He did pull out although I know this is never a sure thing. My youngest is not quite 4 months so I don't know if that would make a difference in me falling pregnant so easily? I'm just curious because I've lost my appetite I'm tired but can't sleep at night. I just feel really strange and to top if off my boobs are starting to feel a bit tender I'm probably just working myself up now but it hadn't occurd to me untill a couple of days ago that I could be pregnant?? But then it was only about a week ago that we dtd sooo?? I don't know! Do you think I'm just being stupid lol x
