Has anyone had pushchair sent for repair from Mothercare and its taken over a month?!

Hello! I took my Maclaren Techno XT back to Mothercare as the handle had snapped inside. This was over a month and a half ago and they said it won't take longer than 28 days. I am fed up with their excuses of not knowing when it will be back.
They have given me a horrible courtesy pushchair for the time being but its so heavy and awkward that i am beginning to resent it! Haha.
Does anyone have any experience of them taking over the time they say? Im worried i am never going to get it back!

I had the mothercare my4. It broke for the fourth time so went for repair. After 6weeks of the cheapest loan pushchair which was not age appropriate for my LO i made a complaint and rang trading standards. I was given gift vouchers of the value of the pram and was able to buy a new one. HTH xx
