Has anyone had strong + on early test but vvfl on regular test?

Hi ladies,

I’m 35, and hopefully pregnant with #5. I tested with FMU each time and got two positives on the early response tests, but vvf lines on a regular test. Has anyone had this happen? My AF is expected on the 29/30.

Congratulations and different brands have different sensitivity to hcg. Some could pick up on 10miu and others 25/50miu.

Thank you! My doctor can only see me on Feb 9th! So it's a long wait for blood work. But I'm still pretty early.

Hi Tishy i recognise ure user name.
Congratulations on ure pregnancy.
With regards go tests they all have different sensitivity levels. So the early ones don't need as much HCG.
I was getting blazing positives with Frer and Easy@home but when I used the CB 6 days early test and a one-step I got really faint lines.
Made me panic a bit but they just took longer to get darker.

I don’t ever check the sensitivity, and it definitely sends me into a panic. Thanks for the encouragement, it’s nice to hear from everyone’s experiences.
