Hi girls, I read recently that low bit D can be a cause for low fertility. Has anyone heard this? Any success stories ?

Thanks!

P.s my fit D is horrendously low!

I've heard of that. I watched a documentary a few months ago, and that was one of the suggested reasons that darker skinned people never went north when people originally started moving from Africa towards Europe. The sun isn't as strong, so they didn't absorb enough vitamin D from the sun, which caused infertility. Have you started taking a supplement?

Yes, my pharmacist prescribed 1000mcg vitamin e for my months ttc with extra folic acid. The vitamin e help increasing cm for the sperm to move easier and live longer and it also helps with producing healthy eggs.

Wow thanks for that, so interesting! Yeah I've started taking vitamin D3 supplements so hopefully that helps me! Also taking women's multivitamin and extra Vit C as my research shows Vit c helps with fertility too

Fingers crossed!!

Ive been making sure to take pregnacare conception tablets to help, they hav folic acid, vitamin B12, D etc etc
