You need to lose slowly (the recommended .5-2 pounds a week though initially you will lose quickly as you shed water weight) and exercising will help to tighten things.
I lost 105 pounds and didn't have any saggy skin at all
I initially lost 70 pounds with no exercise (bar being more active in general) but starting the exercise with 30 pounds left to lose really helped tone me everywhere now I just have to get back to that
