We were thinking of making our lo a lego table as part of his Christmas. Has anyone made one? Any tips or hints? Also if anyone has any pics to share that would be fab!!

https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/tables/coffee-side-tables/lack-side-table-black-art-20011408/ we have one of these tables then got a base board and velcro so can use table for other stuff to. Was thinking of going to get two of the rails that are in kitchen area and screwing to side (need to check if to long) and getting a bunch of the containers which can hang off to put lego. At moment she has a draw for lego away from table.

The kids chairs they have in ikea fit perfectly under table

We made one earlier in the year it's an IKEA unit painted, put on casters and the Lego boards glued down.

Ours is on wheels so the kids can easily pull it out and put it way.

There was a thread on this recently so might be worth tracking down for ideas. We made ours from a cheap ikea side table, we managed to buy a green second hand one for like £2 and then stuck 4 green base boards on the top, we used sticky pads but they have held it well and we also used fake Lego boards to make it cheaper and they work fine too
