has anyone used evening primrose oil when ttc, i have some questions???

i have been ttc for about 4 months now, i am getting married exactly a year from today so this is my last month ttc until alot closer to the wedding as i dont think going into labour on my wedding day is ideal lol,

i got some evening primrose oil as i heard it can help, has anyone used it when ttc before???

how many capsules do you take a day???

do you take it all the way through your cycle or only for the first half of your cycle???

any help would be really good, i am trying not to think about it to much this month and hoping that helps, i would really love my this month as OH wants to wait until august to start trying again so that i am not to pregnant for the wedding, but you ladies know what it's like when you start trying the last thing you want to do is have half a year off before you start trying again.

I took it hun for the first part of my cycle up until Ov to assist with CM. It did work. Whether it attributed to the BFP I am not sure, but I was getting to the point of trying anything! I used it 3 cycles in total I think, 2 then had a month off (as my cycles seemed to increase, once again not sure if this was down to EPO) then a month on and got my BFP then. The RDA whilst ttc is on the internet if you google it, I can't remember off the top of my head. Good luck!!!

I took it this cycle and it worked wonders. I had EWCM for the first time in my life

How many you take depends what dosage each capsule is...it will say on the back on the bottle. Id go with the lowest dosage they give. Mine says 3-6 capsules daily and I took 3. They gave me a slight headache every time, but it was worth it for the results

You definitely need to stop once you ovulate. I stopped just a bit before, so did CD3 (when I bought them) to CD16
