this Christmas?
I mentioned this in another thread that I made sure that my older kids had the same quantity of gifts in the past years. Sad thing is, I would see something more for one child and then would have to buy another for the other child. This because I usually do most of my shopping online for my kids before the end of November and then would hit the stores in December to get things for other people, and see more things to buy.
This year though, I have painstakingly revised and revised my lists and have been trying to stick to a money budget per child, as well as them having the same quantity, at least for Jayden and Amanda. I am also making sure this year that they don't get an overabundance of things that will only sit in a corner after Christmas.
Chase will get less than them and will not go up to the budget I set.
My stepkids will probably go up to the budget I set, but will definitely receive only a few things each. Afterall, what they want is expensive stuff and they also do get two Christmas'.
