I just realised, after reading through so many threads - just HOW much we confide in with eachother? I'd tell you guys things I wouldn't even DREAM of telling my friends IRL.

So list some of the things you tell fellow BNB members, that you'd NEVER tell friends IRL.

• 
  I'd never tell my friends how excited I was at the chance to pee on a little white stick

• I'd never tell my friends how I seduced my husband as he walked in the door from work

• I'd never mention how I cried for 40 mins on the floor in the bathroom at work when I realised I was beginning to spot

• I'd never tell my friends how I prop my butt up on a pillow with my legs up on the wall for an hour after we have sex.

• I'd NEVER tell my friends just how good I am at checking my cervix and cervical fluid for signs of O (ahaha I can just imagine!!)

Anyway, list some of yours.

Ok, so this is not quite the same as i know this person in real life but it falls into the same category..anywhoo..

There's a woman at work who after she found out i mc's (the first time) last year confided in me she's been ttc for a few years too... well since then we catch up in the corridors at work and have quiet and quick conversations about ttc. She sort of approaches me as the ttc guru- always asking me questions about this and that- i swear if she gets pg soon, i should get some of the credit, lol! Our last conversation, last week went something like this..

Friend (F): so..how's things?
Me (O): Not bad! How about you?
F: Yeah, good..you know..after we talked last i went and got a lot of those ov sticks...and well, yesterday i had a positive so, you know we did it..but god, he keeps complaining ' im not just a machine'..'i need to know you love me' etc etc.
O: oh, yeah...yep, thats common, lol!! its a tricky one..ha,ha and we've all been there!!
F: ..its just so, you know, frustrating!!
O: I know...
F: Listen, so I definitely got a positive yesterday..
O: It was dark..
F: yeah, definitely darker..the thing is though hubby doesnt like being on top,..he's too big, and there isnt any other positions you can really use to get pregnant is there...right?
O: Doggie works really well, too!
F: Really?
O: Yeah, really, several girls on the forum im on have gotten pregnant that way.
F: Really!!? ..Im gonna have to try that!!...I'll see you later...


I mean...LOL So now i i know her and her husband (whom ive never met!) much better than i ever expected to

Having said that...its pretty much that way with all you girls as well..its just weird, but i think you get used to it and eff it, you know, lol!!

Fun thread! I'm in a different situation since I'm single and trying to get pregnant. So, since I don't have an OH to confide in, I do confide in my friends. And it is hysterical, since sometimes I provide them with a bit too much information - its a bit much for them I think. Which is why I've come here.

For my friends who do still want to know, I have a blog about my journey and they can read up on it. It stops the questions from getting out of hand, and stops me from rambling on and on about my EWCM to my friends!!

Oh I think I would feel queezy if one of my friends started talking about their EWCM! It's weird the way it doesn't gross you out when you read it on the forum

* I'd never excitedly tell a friend I'm finally bleeding!

* Never tell a friend about peeing on a stick then taking it out the bin an hour later to reassess

* They don't know I cut all my hair off in a TTC induced meltdown.

* Never told a friend about how jealous I get at pregnant people!

Luckily I have one RL friend who is also TTC and funnily enough I called her at lunch time to tell her about my EWCM!

However...... I dont think my other friends would appreciate knowing whats going on in my pants!!

I have 2 friends IRL that I can tell EVERYTHING to b/c they are have been so supportive of me, and have listened to all my venting/crying/etc about infertiliy.. Other than them, I could not tell some of my other friends that I am happier to see my LTTC girls on here get than them.. I know that sounds horrible, but I have a couple of friends that got pregnant without trying at all, and I don't think they realize just how blessed they truly are.

I wouldn't tell people in RL that I lay with my legs in the air for at least 15 mins after BDing or we BD before I go to sleep so I don't get up for ages after! I also wouldn't tell anyone that I use preseed! Though saying that I have a friend on here who I know in RL so she knows everything about my life and vice versa!!!!

You're right, it is funny how we are so comfortable opening up about things on here. I don't talk to my friends about TTC so all of my juicy details are displayed on BnB... I can't imagine mentioning BDing, EWCM, cervical position, OPK's, my POAS addiction, Clomid, spotting....
I'd be way too embarassed to talk about those things in real life.
