Having 3rd miscarriage in 6 months?!Help!

Hello,

I recently had a miscarriage in early March and another at the end of May. I'm 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant now and I have just seen that my hcg is dropping. On Tuesday it was 53,368 and today (Thursday) it has dropped to 48,269. I'm assuming it is pretty obviously another miscarriage but is there any chance your hcg can drop around 8 weeks?
I have an ultrasound scheduled for next week but I'm pretty stressed and was hoping someone could help.

I don't know but didn't want to read and run. Praying for a miracle. Id get some testing fine if you do miscarry.

I also second getting some testing done as it may give you some answers.

You must be very fertile to have fallen pregnant 3 items in six months. Perhaps it's worth looking into 'hyper fertility' (which is where you are super fertile). This is where a woman accepts fertilised eggs that should not normally be accepted. Whereas a woman with normal fertility levels will have their body dismiss these fertilised eggs so they do not implant. It's a very interesting theory.

I think I dealt with that as I fell pregnant easily and miscarried 6 times. Finally we fell pregnant and it stuck
