hugs xxx I don't really know what to suggest other than try and do things to keep your mind busy ... walking ,swimming, reading a funny book .... talk to friends ect anything that creates "happy" hormones xxx my 1st 2 pregnancies I felt exactly the same and looking back I don't think I did much to help myself, these emotions are out of your control while your hormones are going wild but maybe the above might help a little xxxxx
