having work problems :(

sorry everyone but i need to rant and see peoples opinion,before i miscarried 6 weeks ago. a nurse that i work with partnered me up with a women that is 7 months pregnant and i work in a care home and our clients are very dependant and also very heavy..she would not let anyone change it so we worked with diff people so we had to get on with it due to past and future bullying we didnt say anything,i am now in the middle of processing a formal complaint against this nurse but i can not cope with being at work at the min as all my work colleagues are bullys in there own way,i have worked there for 8 years and no1 respected that i was pregnant,i am being fully supported by peiple who i have complained too but they dont understand how much the place is dragging me down without going through emotions from my miscarriage,i have been advised by a friend to seek legal advice due to it being bullying and victimisation but i dont know how much more shit i can take any advice would be great

Sorry, didn't quite understand, what's the bullying? And also are you saying they made you lift? Does your care home have hosts etc?

the nurse that i am complaining about has bullied me for 8 years but she allocates us all as to whom works with who and you have a group of clients to care for and there is 12 carers on a morning shift and this was the shift she had put us to work together but there was another 10 members of staff that either of us could of worked with,my risk assessment was in place and stated that correct moving and handling was to still be carried on with but as me and this other women was pregnant we was not abke to move people correctly as it was very difficult,we do have and use hoists but people still need to be repositioned and rolled etc
