hcg 589 at 5 weeks 6 days. Think I'm out help!

Well it's worse than I thought. They called with today's blood test result and my hcg has gone up to 6000 and something and I have to go back Friday and have treatment with methotrexate which I'm really not looking forward to. Why can't things be simple? They had a good look on the scan and saw no sign of ectopic. But they have to treat it like it is because of my hcg levels ��

6000?! Or 600?

I don't want to unsettle you, but please just don't rush into anything! I didn't see anything on my scan until hormones were super high, they always say how much hormones can vary by 1000s so some women at 6w preg could have 1500 and see something, where others may be at 10,000 when 6week preg so wouldn't see anything until then!

My uterus was also empty, didn't see anything devastated, they were so close to booking me in for keyhole surgery to check my tubes, (they looked clear on scan but they said it's hard to get a good view) week later saw fetal pole and sac in my uterus xx
