HCG Levels

Ok, so I just got my levels drawn for the first time since the doctors where closed for the holidays. I'm not sure if I am 4 weeks or 5 weeks, cause I miscarried last month, and my ovulation was messed up this month because of that. But I didn't get by BFP until I was 4 days late from my period. But I know my levels are doubling nicely, cause the line on the test went from barely there on the 25th, to pretty dark on the 27th, to as dark as the test can go today. ok, so my blood was drawn today, and my HCG was 93.79, a number I was perfectly ok with!! I was sooo happy! And then I texted my mom...and she put doubt into my mind. She said "Don't get too excited, that's really low for 4-5 weeks. When I had my (late) son my levels were 1000 at the time of my missed period". Ya. So now I feel like I should prepare to miscarry again like last month..I was happy cause my levels were sooo low last month, the highest they ever got was 27 and that was at 5 weeks. Are these levels ok? Especially since I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated?

Hi, I think the Levels would actually depend on when the baby snuggles into your lining. If implantation happens later,HCG would be lower as it hasn't had enough time to build up. Some people implant on 6dpo, while others may implant at 12dpo. Everyone can be a bit different.

Can you schedule another blood test in 4 days to see how they are going? That may put your mind at ease

But yea, each persons hcg is different as it depends on how long baby has been snuggled in there good luck!

Take a look at this site, it gives you Beta scores and there is a section for doubling times. Betas have a very wide range. And with you not sure when you Oed it's hard to know where you would fall. The important thing is the doubling time and it sounds like you got that one.

HCG is over 200 now, I got my 2-3 weeks on the clearblue week estimator test

how did your next blood test go?
mine was 88 on weds another taken yesterday and no results till mon sooo tempted to use my last digi to see if im over 200 yet xx

I never got a second blood draw until about a week n a half after the first one, and my levels were 4336 two days ago, which is ahead of where they should be, and my clearblue has been showing 3+ for a week now
