HCG Levels

Hi,

Just a quick question. You all seem to be pretty savvy when it comes to your HCG Levels. How are you monitoring them? Do you have home testing kits (is there such a thing?) or are you making regular trips to your GP?

One of mine was done by my GP and the other one I paid to have done at a private clinic. It cost me £34 and I got the results the next day.

Hi Cabbage, I only knew my HCG as they tested me at the hospital for two weeks after MC to make sure they went down. I would imagine in a 3rd pregnancy I would have to pay privately to get this done as GP's don't do anything for you unless you have had 3 MC's. Maybe if you go in and make a fuss they might (I didn't). I just might make a fuss the next time

I went for a check up in EPU last Wed, and I asked to the nurse about it. She took my blood & phoned me a few hrs later to give the result.
