hCg test @ 12dpo not good! Close to tears!!

Mine was 68 12 DPO and they thought that was low too so I did another one at 18 dpo and it was 692 - so don't worry, you may just be off a day from your ovulation or implantation - that is still indicative of a positive

I got my BFP last week Wednesday (11dpo), faint but there!, Went to my doc on Thursday(12dpo) and he did a hCG blood test. My doctor just got the results back today and he rang me because he is worried they are very low, I have to go back tomorrow to do another test. It will take another week to get the results! I'm really scared now, close to tears...

My results came back at 12dpo (cd 27) as 35.7

your 12 dpo what on earth is he talking about, those numbers are really awesome for 12 dpo..what on earth does he expect ?

You just need to watch doubling is all...

Well I go back in this morning, for my second beta test. I will be 19dpo, (7 days after my first beta) but I won't get results till 25dpo at the earliest! They have to post the bloods to the BIG city!!! I will ask if it can be speeded up???

He has also asked for FMU to retest with a HPT in his office......
Considering I am now 19dpo and usually AF comes at 12dpo and I feel nauseous as usual and am starting to get tender huge bbs!

Just so you know I said I had a beta of 2 at 7DPO and told not pregnant, well I've just been for a scan and I'm 7 weeks and my baby has a heartbeat!

That's so amazing! Congrats on your scan!!!!! You must be over the moon YAAAAY!

The fact that mine went from 14.5 to 42.8 in 2 days makes me cautiously optimistic. Thanks for the advise.

Had my new bloods taken yesterday, doctor hopes if he rings the hospital directly on Monday we may get the results early! On a plus note.. my progesterone @ 7dpo was 33.5 and on 12dpo was 66, so that looks good! I am staying positive, but its going to be a long weekend... sigh

Ugh I remember reading that in your journal! I totally knew in my gut you were pregnant too bc of the OHSS. I'm really hoping my doctors are being tw*ts too right now bc they keep telling me one of my twins is going to vanish. They have no idea how worked up they get us over this stuff!!

Yeah doctors are something else.. Idk if I mentioned this but my dr suggested... If my levels didn't rise like he wanted then we would have to "press the restart button" by pretty much giving me some pill. I just stared at him. I mean .., if they're exactly the same or lower then I could see his point but he was talking like if they didn't double right on point. So my hcg was 81 on the 3rd I'm looking for a 320-650 range. Or higher would be better! If it's close to 320 and he wants to "restart" it then I'll just find a new dr!!

Yes please don't worry - the tests are so sensitive that we are finding out we're pregnant so much earlier than in the past. My HCG at 4w1d was 91 with my daughter and I was around 15DPO.

Yup he said that. That's not what I wanted to hear from him. He is super sweet and nice too. he is also a cutie pie. but it is what it is. And of course now my bf has it in his head that there is something wrong and if it's not exactly right I'll have to have a forced MC... Bc the dr said so and .. It's a dr so he must be right. I yay got my result from 19dpo so that's 7 days and nearly frightend myself silly when I got it over the phn. It came back at 475. According to hcg tables I am really low. I worked myself into a right state till my DF worked it as to the sites yelling is it should increase by 60% every 2 days. He did the calculations and 475 from 35.7 is perfect! Stil trying to calm down from my fright!
