Hcg up progesterone down...

I spent this morning on A&E as I had some dark res bleeding this morning. I'm 6w 3d and have had 3 mcs in the last year. I had a scan last Friday and they couldn't see the gestation sac. The did my bloods and hcg was 1200, progesterone was 59. I repeated them on Sunday and hcg was up to 2100 and progesterone up to 61. Today my hcg levels are 3700, so not as high as I'd hoped, buy dr wasn't concerned. Progesterone in down to 51 though. Again Dr wasn't concerned, but I thought a drop in progesterone was bad..?! Have a scan booked for Friday. So scared this is another mc...

Stay positive. Could they not give you some progesterone shots?

They didn't seem concerned. Trying to hold on to all the positive signs. So hard though.

Oh Peach our stories are so alike, I started bleeding last night ! has died off a little now though. My progesterone on Saturday was 28 and he said its perfectly normal anything between 15 and 50 is considered normal I think !

Oh Fluffy... What are we like?! Fingers crossed for us both I'm just concerned that the progesterone has gone down... are you on the Clexane yet? xx

Yes I started it nearly 3 weeks ago, i spose its whats keeping me positive as she said this morning that if it was really bad bleeding then there would be alot because of the blood thinning etc.

I feel so sick today and boobs are so sore so keeping that in my thoughts.

I have my scan Friday too, its been moved from Monday so I can deal with it over the weekend.

One good thing is if this doesnt work out she has agreed to run the Natural Killer Cell biopsy and also do the caeliac testing (gluton/lactose) etc as I have pain when eating bread - wheat etc.

But dont know if im gonna go back to mother nature and just "let it happen"

Im 38 and getting to old for this lark !!

Oh and my prog was at 60 on Friday and she said it was "suspicious" and too high, I wouldnt worry as they told me 28 was perfectly normal !

hey Peach. the same thing happened o me HCG rose and progesterone fell. It was still within normal limits and never checked it again after that time it fell. It can flucuate depending on if you eat, as it falls after eating. Im now over 12 weeks without any major issues so its not always a bad thing. I found that the more I knew of my figures the more I worried. Fingers crossed xx.
