He pays more for the dog!!

bleed the scum dry lol!
i think u will only get £20 a week thru csa but atleast its money for ur daughter instead of him wasting it on what ever. if he then stops paying for the dog just get cheaper insurance.
i would love to see the look on his face when he opens a letter from them saying u owe this each month.
my dad never paid his child support so really pisses me off when men dont (even tho 23 yrs ago child support was shit and he only had to pay like £1 a week for each of us :dohh:

well he will panic as soon as he opens the letter as he will prob get bled dry as he has 2 other children that he has basically done a runner from over 10 years ago! The CSA will prob do his ass for them too lmao x

they wont mention the other children unless their mother puts a complaint in.

Just thought I would mention that I get money through the CSA for my daughter and I'm on benefits. The benefits don't take CSA into account anymore (the rules changed a couple of years back) so I get my £100 CSA AND my income support and child tax credits so it really is worth looking into.

plus on csa you get 20% of their wage after tax for 2 children its worth doing it and he wont go on the dole as wont be able to afford all his rent, just idle threats, then pay for dog insurance yourself dont reply on him for anything

I was going to tell you about the CSA not affecting benefits aswell. :) Not at all, And if the case's with his other children are still open then that will automatically be picked up on i think... then you will get 15% but so will they ;)

He wont quit his job, he wont be able to. And i would def def def call CSA. esp if you know his wage you can figure it out on the csa calculator what it should be!

what happens if he moves house and just keeps running every time they catch up with him? he has moved house 3 times in the last year as it is.. I have to ask people to spy and get his address just so I know where my own daughter is staying as he will never tell me

if he wont tell u his address then i wouldnt let my child stay with him and id just have day visits.

i do think u should get everything done thru the courts if hes doing this, thats money and access so u no his address at all times

so unless hes changing his bank account and job along with every move then the csa will still be able to get him

Thank you. There has been times when I have not let her stay with him. I have always found out where he lives through having my dad arrange to drop her off there or something. I found his address this time round by asking a mutual friend for it but he doesn't know I have it atm.
