Headache after stopping progesterone

Hi,
I stopped taking my progesterone and estrogen on Friday when I was 12 weeks 5 days pregnant. The day after I stopped I got a headache and have been getting them since. Is this normal? I was on a high dose as it was donor egg fet so 3 cyclogest and one lubion. Also 10mg of estrogen. Thanks in advance xx
