Headache relief

Acetaminophen (which is what Tylenol is) is ok to take, its the advil and ibprofen you want to stay away from.

Oh, thanks for telling me about advil. I actually was getting headaches for a few weeks awhile back and looked on the internet at what to take. One site said advil was ok. UGH. Thank goodness I only had tylenol in the house.

However, yesterday I was feeling achy and took two advil. I guess I will stay away from those.

Hi i've been getting a few headaches and have been having short naps which seems to help. I've had to slow down and rest instead of trying to keep going when my heads killing me and im so tired. I guess its lucky that im only working part time right now, so can take naps in the day.

Im paranoid about taking anything right now though!
