Headache :-(

I am on CD2 and just started taking a load of suppliments on CD1
I have a really bad headache today - feel extremly tired. Coud all the supplements have caused my headache???

I dont normally get them during Af and only infrequently at other times x

I think it is the supplements - I felt very sick the first month of taking pre-natal vitamins.

The best time to take them is before you to to sleep at night (on a full tummy) as the side effects will occur as you sleep.

In my case I was reacting to the iron and minerals - which normally a baby would take their share but as ttc I was overloading my system.

This is my 3rd cycle taking them and now I am adjusting to the levels and feel less sick.

That probably explains why I feel so yuk!
Will maybe switch to taking them in the evenings rather than morning xx
