Headaches from EPO? is there an alternative?

I thought I'd take evening primrose oil this cycle as I tend to not have that much cm. I took it first time yesterday and within minutes I had a headache. Thought maybe it was a flukey coincidence. .i took another this morning and have had a raging pounding headache since.

Can anyone recommend or does anyone know of something else (and natural) that does the same?

MNg, try mucinex w/ guaifenesin only. No suppressant. It does the same thing as EPO. FX!

This, and they say drinking red raspberry leaf tea and green tea help with EWCM.

Didn't work for me...but I have read it works for lots of other women!
