Headaches while expressing

hi girls

I have been having really bad headaches since Friday, I have took paracetamol to no avail, went to the chemist last night and took some Ibruprofen (obviously I couldnt express for 12 hours so I did it before). Its still here.

My hubby thinks its my BP as I was admitted three days before my C Section with BP issues and had it for 4 days after C Section but the last two checks have been normal.

My question is what would you take ?

I have drunk loads of water, paracetamol and tried sleep !!

I would try drinking and eating more, it suprising how much bfing takes out of you plus doesnt having low iron cause headaches?i would mention it to your midwife or health visitor next time you see them.
