Hello ☺
Our first baby is due 27th November and i received a letter this morning to say a health visitor will be coming in 3 weeks.
I was just wondering what they will do and ask?

Hello,

They talk to you about the services and support they offer you, bring your read book for baby and introduce themselves before you have the baby so you don't feel like your home is being invaded once baby gets here x

They should give you LO's red book (I was told to put it in my hospital bag), give you info on services they offer and groups they run, ask how you plan to feed LO and tell you what they'll do when LO is teeny (hearing test etc).

Mine never gave me the red book but they give it at the hospital here. She just introduced herself and told me what would happen once the baby was here,

I've not long seen mine.
they just come round and introduce themselves, give you information on breastfeeding and bottle feeding, talk to you about sure start vouchers if entitled to them, go over the red book although you don't actually get that till you've had baby and I think that is it
