If I could please get answers from a professional ultrasound technician. I have already read the scare articles and stories on google. Thank you for your concern.
I had my NT scan at 13 weeks. It all went well then the tech said oh look the baby's moving can you feel it? When I said no he kept pressing on my tummy with the device head thing and saying "what about now?". Couldn't feel a thing (obviously!) and when we were finally done, just before he lifted the device off, my tummy felt very hot all of a sudden. This lasted about 3 hours and then dissapeared.
I have been worried sick since. I asked my Dr and she said it should be fine but I'm still worried since he works at her clinic.
Do I have any reason to worry? Have you had this happen to a patient before?
