omg is anyone else dieing in the heat. i cant stand it. i stay in nearly all the time cause i cant stand how hot it is especialy today i had to go out for 4 hours and i thought i was going to collapse because it was so hot

I'm struggling too! I hate it! I tend to stay in a lot right now and wander around my place starkers because I can't handle any clothing touching me in this heat! When I go out I just put on a maxi dress and flat sandals, it's the only thing I'm comfortable wearing, and I don't think people would really appreciate me gallivanting around the streets in the nude

it's horrid and i feel awful moaningabout it but i WISH we could just skip summer and get back to coolness!!! i work in a nursery and they're really up on fresh air-great for the kids who love it splashing about in water in nothing but nappies and suncream, but for pregnant me it was misery today! i'm praying that thursady wil be cooler or i'm gonna have to have a word with my boss. bring on the winter! x

im struggling too! im 22 weeks with twins & usually i love the heat & sun...im always the 1st to slap on the oil & bake myself in the sun....omg i cant stand the heat now! im sweating loads & my back is killing me, but i know i should be so grateful to be pregnant .....

I know exactly what you mean and night time is just as bad, what with not sleeping much anyway this heat doesnt help got the fan on highest speed it will go pointing at me but still been up since 3.45am( At least at work tomorrow its cold thankgod!!

Work has problems with the air con, either over zealous and your chilly or alternatively, none. None really isn't great when its boiling outside and you have to stand about for hours with blazing hot lights in your face. Really annoys me when customers complain when its not hot like "sure is hot in here" and I just want to scream "try coming back when there's no aircon! Or take your bloody coat off!" Grrrr!

It has been so ungodly hot here. A few days ago, it was 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43.3 celcius!)
EVERY day, it has been over 95 degrees (over 35 degrees celsius) for the last two weeks!
I can barely walk outside.

Oh dear! Where are you? You must be in a country that's prepared for that type of heat, the way the homes are built, air con everywhere etc... ??

The UK isn't built to handle the heat as we get it so very rarely, it's just so uncomfortable and stuffy everywhere you go!!

I am in the southeast U.S. Georgia. While I do have A/C, it really is too hot for it. The system runs 24 hours a day to keep up, and the electric bill is awful! We have a swimming pool in the back yard, but even the water in it feels like bath water right now, and isn't that refreshing.

Omg yes i can't stand it!! It's always cold here so any kind of heat is a struggle. I thought i was going to melt yesterday and my feet totally swelled up this morning walking to work it was 18 degrees at 8am argh! Half thinking about working in the buff today lol

i went to my daughters sports day yesterday i thought i would die red hot no shade on an open field !!!
it was a non - competitive sports day means they do little team games 5 mins in my daughter wasnt impressed she shouted top of her voice mum what time will this shinanigan end im bored stiff. parents laughed headmaster didnt !!!
but yes way too hot i end up feeling sick and dizzy im living on ice lollies !!!

we been getting the heat here for the last few days, and its kliling me, stood outside my sons school yesterday waiting to go in and get hm i felt seriously sick and felt like was about to pass out, had to sit down on one of the tables in his class room xx

It is too hot! I work with horses, and am not riding at the moment so have been taking them for walks instead, walked 4 miles in this heat the other day - far too hot! Only have one or two to take out this afternoon so hopefully ok!
