Prob stupid but it says keep any opened remaining sauce unheated in a fridge so is it ok for me to use these sauces to cook up hot foods, freeze and heat on defrost when she has them?

Doing 2 weeks of food tonight and have 3 kinds of these sauces.

Anyone who has made up food to freeze for baby used these?

Havent used them but I'd say fine to freeze but I'd let them thaw naturally then reheat. :D No real reason other than I dont trust microwaves - particularly defrost setting

ooo good thread wobbles! we have some of them too, would be great if that can be frozen :D

yer sorry thats what I meant! cook up which means they are hot, cool, freeze, defrost then heating up again. I hate defrosting my own food in microwaves I try to avoid.
