I must admit I am not enjoying my pregnancy to date - I feel very fat not pregnant and being a former crossfit person it's gotten me down big time :(
This was a planned pregnancy so don't get me wrong I am chuffed but I am really hating it so far - this will be my second child!

Please tell me I am not just a moany cow and I am not alone

Hi love! Welcome to 2nd trimester!!
It's definitely hard watching your body change, and it sucks when you feel that you look fat not pregnant. Trust me, when you start to look more pregnant and feel flutters of baby moving it's amazing!!! It changes everything.
You can still eat well and do moderate exercise to keep weight gain at bay. You will be fine :) hormones are a bitch :) xxxx

Welcome to second tri :flower:

I also went through a stage of feeling fat and not really pregnant. I bloated out as soon as I got my bfp and looked huge!

When a definite bump appears, you'll feel more pregnant hun

I'm 15 weeks now, and I feel the same way as you...I am just starting to get a bump that doesn't completely look like bloat, but I'm still kind of in that awkward in-between stage. Before my pregnancy, I was working out a lot and on a high protein, low carb diet...I felt amazing and was at the same weight I was in high school! I haven't gained much actually, but now I just feel kind of blobby and my body is always aching. I haven't even been able to keep up with my plan of working out regularly during the pregnancy because my morning sickness got so bad, I just couldn't bring myself to exercise. It's my first pregnancy, and I guess I didn't expect to feel so much discomfort. Trust me, you're not alone. And I hope we both feel better soon...I think the other ladies are right, and we'll cheer up once we get our proper bumps and feel baby :flower:

Hello!

I just feel fat at the moment! I started out at 8stone 6lb and I'm now 9stone 2! This us my second pregnancy and I am just starting to get a bump! I really struggle with how much my body changes and an more than concerned with how much weight I have gained!
