Hello .. thought I'd say a proper hi!

iHi there,

I think most of you have seen me lurking around for a while but I thought i should introduce myself properly! I'm moving over from TTC as I find the guys in here more sensitive and I get less ratty!!

I'm 27, DF and I have been TTC 12 months and I've just started medical testing to try to find out why so far we have had no success ... not even a whiff of a BFP!
My 1st 21 day test came back with a progesterone of 17.5 and the Dr was pretty sure I'd not O'd (not sure I agree as the test was 36h after O according to my CBFM - I O'd on CD22 so struggled to get the test in far enough after O without getting to close to AF ) but hey ho .... this months will give a better picture.
I have a short LP of 8-9 days.
DF is getting his SA done next week and we'll be into the Dr after this cycles 21 day bloods to get the results in one big bulk together! His and my CD3 and CD21.

hun ur in great hands here. Firstly i had the same prob with cd21 tests cos of my LPD. CD21 needs to be done 7 DPO (dispite what the gp told me) i'm pretty sure u O cos that is hight for so short a time after O.

I have a LP of 8-9 days do i'm having a hsg a week today and if my tubes r clear i get clomid on the 18th, i O but they think it will help everything including my LP, so maybe u will get the same, good luck babe. XXX

I've had results from 21dpo tests that weren't correct because of Wacky O times. Be sure to be very firm with your GP or Gyno, some have a habit of brushing your concerns away. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion.

I just moved over here too, and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive already.
Good luck with the tests. I had CD21 bloods done first time on a long cycle, and doc told me I wasn't OVing, but I also OVed about CD22 or 23, so the tests missed it. Let us know how this month's ones go. I'm also waiting for DH's SA results, and biting my nails off about it!!

Hi there,
Thank you all my journal is still over in TTC (after moving it over here and then back again .. fickle hormonal female .. me ... never!!) but I'm going to be over here pretty much all the time .... lets hope we can all get some BFP's soon ... I think most of us are well over due!

DF is booking his SA tomorrow and I'm hoping they can fit him in on Wed (I'm hoping for some tonight!!!!) and I have my 21 day test in 12 days or so .... then its back to the Dr for all the results.

A/C seems to have altered my cycle a bit already .. I bled for less days than usual and have had no sore BB's .... which was a nice change!! Oh and I have spots ... less nice change.
Apart from that nothing to report, CM is creamy and I hope the CBFM will start asking for sticks in the next day or so.
