Help! 2 miscarriages, now infertility!!!

Hello! I hope someone out there can at least help me out emotionally if not in any other way. I had a miscarriage in January of 2012 and May 2012 both around 7 weeks. I had a d&c both times. It is now October 2013 and we haven't been able to get pregnant since. Went to ob/gyn, she diagnosed me with PCOS (which I'm not convinced I actually have since I have no symptoms except for cysts-normal periods, no diabetes and normal weight). I was told I had a thin uterine lining back in June. I just finished my first round of Clomid yesterday and had an ultrasound today. It appears I am ovulating, but my lining is still thin. My specialist has already tested my progesterone and it was at an 18 (which I'm pretty sure is a good number). But my ob/gyn put me on progesterone pills and told me to come back Monday for another ultrasound. Is it possible to have a thin lining due to progesterone if your progesterone level is that high? I've read estrogen can thicken the lining too. I'm just scared I have scar tissue damage from my two d&c's and won't be able to get pregnant again. Does anybody have any similar stories???
