Hi all, im after some advise. Hope someone can reply.
I have been ttc for 18 months now i have pcos ,irregular periods and long cycles.
About a week ago i had (sorry if tmi) a brown like discharge only when i wiped, for about 3 days.
My period was approx two weeks before this. I gave up monitoring my O in hope that if it happens it happens as im going for icsi, when ive gt to my goal weight. However, for the last 3 days i have had a pulling/pinching pain in my left ovary, on and off, and some gas. And before i had the discharge waves of sickness.
i did a HPT last week and it came back BFN. I assume im not preg.
Ive not had my period as yet.
What could this pain be? Should i see a doctor. I never usually have O pains. And its not AF type cramping. It also sometimes pinches near my back/into my left buttock also.
