Hey everyone not sure if anyone will remember me bc I haven't been on since my daughter was born..but yup I am expecting again 19 weeks on Sunday with a baby boy.


I have posted about needing help with a name before. I got a good list of names from several ppl but still no name that rly does it for me. I am getting so annoyed to the point of crying..

This is what we have even though I don't wanna pick either of these names.

Elijah James Burton
or
James Branham Burton Jr. (p.s. I hate jr. names but my husband rly wants the baby to be named after him.)

I need more options. Bc I am not going to settle with just a name that I don't care for. I don't like any of the ayden type names and names that end with on bc it doesn't go well with our last name. Please I like new fun modern names. I picked Brody James but everyone says absolutely not and if I did name my son that they would call him something else.

I like Brody, it's a shame noone agrees with you on it..
I really love the name Frazer and will be my next boy's name.. is there any others you like that your OH like too? don't settle for a name you don't love

I'm having such baby name trouble too! And i'm due in 2 weeks
Here is our list, you might like some!
Christopher, Chrispen, Austin, Nolan(well I like this, OH hates it), Sterling, Andrew, Dalton, Nathaniel, and Daniel.

First of all congrats on your second little one! I would say either pick the name you really like (Brody James) or name him after your husband. Im not big on Jr. names either but my boyfriend really wants him to be named after him too, if its a boy. Consider what everybody says but if you really like that name, it doesnt matter if anyone else does. Its a really cute name, its modern but not spelled weird or hard to pronounce. Go with your gut

Brody James is really adorable. I like names that will be cute when theyre little but sophisticated when they grow up too.

i'm slightly biased and like the name Elijah (probably cos it's my little boy's middle name ) it's a nice idea to name it after OH, but personally i wouldn't do it cos of the confusion it'd cause

ETA: i love the name brody, i can't see why nobody else does. i really think they should respect your name choice more whether they like the name or not - if you love the name then go for it, it's YOUR baby; not theirs!

Thanks everyone. I still haven't come across anything I love! But DH has said he would go over names today. What do u think about Kylin James for a boy?
