My best friend is starting to TTC in February with her husband of 1 year. I want to be pleased for her, but I honestly don't know how I am going to cope if she succeeds. I've been TTC for 26 cycles and recently gave up, now NTNP.
I'm thinking I'll just have to be supportive & help her out with baby stuff (they are very poor) but I just feel completely down as her family has a history of high fertility, so chances are it won't take them long.
I don't know whats wrong with me, the doctors won't look at me seriously because my DH literally can't get a sperm test to the hospital. He's done a home sperm test which says his count is normal, but it doesn't tell you about the sperms quality.
Anyway the doctors point blank refuse to check me without a good sperm test from DH. Yet they don't provide any support for getting the sperm test to the hospital (which is a good 8 miles away) & nobody in our family drives.
I'm in a real catch 22 situation
