Help, did I have a miscarriage

Hi guys, sorry for not so nice pic but had really bad cramping and a missed period, so I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative and I’m also on the depo injection so very slim chance of me catching. Well I came on and this came out and now I’ve been spotting for the past few days. It hurt really bad at first but after I passed the tissue it didn’t hurt at all any more. Any help as not sure if it was a miscarriage?
