Help?? FRER - weird results!

very sorry your lil bean didn't stick this time. fingers crossed for you for next month :dust::dust:

Did they give you a number? It could still be early and that's why they said negative. Anything below a 5 in most places is considered a negative, some places it's 10 (like here).

are you serious, when i was pregnant with my son my numbers where a whole 6.....and i was 4 weeks plus some days...and i was pregnant!!

that is cruel ":(

FRER are very sensitive. Sometimes they pick up as low as hcg level 3. Which, is considered negative in doctors or hospitals. Also, each box can have different sensitivity. So, the first two boxes may been able to pick up say 2-3 hcg level as to your other box may not have picked up 10+ hcg level.

Have you re tested since the bleeding?

This particular lot must have been on the more sensitive side. I have not retested - no sense in wasting a test. I am bleeding pretty heavy with cramps and my temp is now way down - all those signs point to not preggo anymore.

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. It's hard, as I don't really have anyone to talk to about this. I know some of you know what this is like, so it's helpful to know others have been through this, that it is normal, and that things will be ok :) DH is, of course, supportive and loving, but he can only understand so much of it.

Bless your heart I am glad you DH is supportive some ladies suffer the lack of that's. My hubby is supportive with my losses. Wish there was local support here but no one ever shows up so they stop the meetings. Look into facesofloss.com they have penpals. I just joined that waiting on response on when ill be starting. I know that will help me.

So try facesofloss.com I wish you luck on your journey hopefully no more losses :-)

Thank you for the website :hugs:

And thank you all for your words of encouragement.

No, it was a qualitative test only. I've messaged my doctor to see if she knows the cutoff for the test.

Could a urine test be more sensitive than a blood test??
The labs can mess things up x
