Hi! I'm in my first trimester, but wanted to check with those of you who have more expertise on this journey!
I'm trying to find a resource to help me figure out what, if any, herbal supplements and herbal teas are safe in pregnancy. My OB says she can't help with this, and I'm not sure who to go to. Any ideas?
