help - how can I change my username

I am new to this site and was just about to finally post for the first time in 2nd tri. However have just realised my username is very similar to another user on the same forum - Would like to change it

I tried this, but it won't allow me to PM anybody as I'm so new. Its a catch 22 - I can't PM beause I'm new, but I need help BECAUSE I'm new. Arrgh!

Thanks for the advice anyway, will just have to wait here until someone comes to my rescue!!
