help in pain and dont know why

Grrr i suddenly got this weird pain more of a discomfort then an actual pain i suppose its like bottom of my back on one side and it runs down on legs its on and off every few minutes

i dont know what it is and its making me anxious

could be sciatica, sounds like it to me, trapped sciatic nerve. x

i get this when i have a trapped nerve.

moving my leg helps as does a bath xxx

sounds a lot like sciatica to me. I had it when I was pregnant ( all 3 times !! ) and it bloody hurt. Hope you get it sorted. x
